My name is Athos, and I could say I’ve been making wine for as long as I can remember.
You know that memory that takes you back to when you were a child?
For me, it leads to a vineyard, to the sound of tractors and the smells of the cellar in September.

Where life still moves slowly, and places and flavors keep their soul.
We are in Piedmont, in the hills of Monferrato Casalese, in a small valley surrounded by woods and fields. Here, biodiversity is naturally part of our ecosystem and respecting it comes naturally to us.
PHILOSOPHY
We like to feel part of an ecosystem greater than ourselves
one we belong to without altering its nature.
WINES
We believe that vines, grapes and later wines should be guided and cared for, but never forced.
We follow no single wine ideology, yet over the years we’ve adopted organic and biodynamic practices, always leaning toward a gentle, low-intervention touch in the cellar.
