We are in Piedmont, in the hills of Monferrato Casalese, in a small valley surrounded by woods and fields.
Here, biodiversity is naturally part of our ecosystem and respecting it, comes just as naturally to us.
Millions of years ago, these hills were submerged by the Mediterranean Sea. As it retreated over the ages, it left us white soils rich in gypsum and calcareous marl, giving rise to wines with salinity, elegance and clarity.
